After a busy January, our kitchen team has a new tasting menu for you to discover from Friday in the gastronomic restaurant.
The traditional "Abats et cochonnailles" evening is back
Immerse yourself in a sensational culinary experience! Join us for a special evening of offal and cochonnailles, in the company of winemaker Gilbert Devayes in Leytron.
Menu d'Exception: Discover exquisite dishes highlighting the flavours of offal and cochonnailles: liver, kidney, blood sausage, pig's trotters and more will be on the menu.
Guided tasting: Gilbert Devayes will take you on a journey through his exceptional wines, perfectly matched to the dishes.
Date and place: 6 March 2024 at 7pm sharp
